Membership Growth Workshop #1:
- frame issues of attendance and membership growth and dive into the data available;
- identify key factors affecting decline and growth and
- organize sub-teams to work each issue over the next month.
Deanery Meetings Town Halls: Every Deanery will be hearing from a member of Executive Council so Deanery members should hear about the church growth program at the same deanery meetings as Budget 2012 presentations.
